In 2008, Sichuan had a serious earthquake. I took one month leave and did volunteer work there. I with my friends visited the hospital everyday. We were not doctors or nurses but we prepared some stories and some interest classes for injured kids and youth. After this volunteer trip, I had something different in my mind. I wanted to do a job which was related to help others. Luckily, I joined SAHTC where we serve South Asian people in Hong Kong. Although my job at SAHTC is mainly for admin work but I can use my admin skills to help SAHTC. I learned lots of new things meet lots of kids and really feel happy to work here.
Outside of work, I love going to country side with my friends and take photos. I also learn drawing on weekdays. All such things make me feel relax and enjoy. How about you? You also can use your interest to make others happy, such as taking photos for your friends to have happy memories.
