Life event of "Nira"

Since I came to Hong Kong in 1998, I have experienced working in different fields, but did not satisfy me. In mid 2008 I joint Project SASA (South Asian Support Alliance) which made me happy to serve South Asian people those who are in need. Then I joint SAHTC in the end of 2008, since then I came to know that I am so much attached with my job and willing to do more for South Asian kids and parents. It’s my pleasure to contribute my effort for their better adjustment in Hong Kong. Finally I can say that I am much more satisfied with what I am and this is what I always want to do.
Besides my job I have interest in arts & craft and dancing. I am happy that I grew up with my interest since school life and I always would love to share my skills with others, which SAHTC gave me the opportunity. I had lots of classes of arts & craft for south Asian kids and also have created a dance volunteer team for promoting south Asian cultures.
I wish you all to do something that really pleasures your heart and always share what you know, you will achieve more.
