CHEER of Hong Kong Christian Service is now offering a "CHEER Scholarship 2010" for Ethnic Minority Citizens aged 15 or above.
Objectives of the scholarship is to encourage and acknowledge Ethnic Minority Citizens' good attempts and efforts in participating into the HK society for better integration; and to encourage them to advance their vocational skills, knowledge and qualifications.

Ethnic Minority Project (EMP) by VTC
There are updated information of Ethnic Minority Project (EMP) orgainized by VTC.
New courses include Full-time and Part-time courses.
Full-time courses are free of charge and re-training allowance will be granted to students achieving 80% or above attendance.
Course fee part-time courses is HK$150 each.
